Absolute Filters

The absolute filters are manufactured in classes E10 to H14 (HEPA FILTERS) and U15 to U17 (ULPA FILTERS) according to EN1822. The dimensions, performance, air flow rate and frame structure determine the type of each absolute filter.

Their material is micro glass fibre and their frame is made of anodized aluminium, MDF, INOX or galvanized sheet metal.

They are used as a final filtration stage and have numerous applications in the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, laboratories, cleanrooms, food industry, etc.

Each absolute filter is accompanied by a measurement certificate.

Class according to EN 1822 -E10, E11, E12, H13, H14, U15, U16, U17

Thickness 69 or 78 mm. Mounted on the suspended ceiling of cleanrooms in special boxes. Its frame is usually made of aluminium. Air velocity 0,45 m/sec.

Thickness 150 or 292 mm. Usually placed in a KCM or in air ducts. The frame is usually aluminium or MDF. Air velocity 1,50 m/sec.

Thickness 292 mm V type high capacity. To be mounted on KCM or in ducts for high air flow rates. The frame is usually made of aluminium or MDF. Air speed 2,50 m/sec

Thickness 292 mm V type Plastic frame. It has the form of a fixed bag filter with a plastic frame. It is installed in KCM and deodorization systems. Air velocity 2,50 m/sec.

Thickness 125 mm Hood type. It is a compact absolute filter with aluminium frame and is mounted on the suspended ceiling of cleanrooms. Air velocity 0,45 m/sec.

Thickness 80 or 104 mm Gel type. It is mounted on the suspended ceiling of cleanrooms and consists of an aluminium box inside which the ultimate filter is applied, achieving a perfect seal with the perimeter gel. Air velocity 0,45 m/sec.

Fan Filters Units

They are used in cleanrooms when it is not possible to install a KCM and ductwork. Their shell is made of anodised aluminium, they have a G4 pre-filter and H14 absolute filter and a built-in fan.
